Peaches: 5 stars, a thousand flavors.
More than 10 varieties, which from June to October fill our palates with flavors like those of the past. Their color is the same: red, yellow or white. Red for those who can’t wait for the arrival of the yellow ones, white for the most experienced in the field (they are the best) and yellow for the classics (they never fail).
From the tree to the box, and from there, to the mouths of those waiting for them at the points of sale. You can choose from different calibers.
Red
The early red peach Merryl and Springcrest stands out for its juicy, sweet and high-quality pulp.
Bright red in color, with a firm texture, an intense but balanced flavor, with a little acidity that complements the sweetness.
Its delicate skin requires that it be harvested and consumed, ideal for fresh consumption, and the campaign begins during the month of June.
Yellow
Yellow peaches of varieties such as Babygold, Caterina and Loadel stand out for their flesh that is well attached to the stone, with a soft texture and a flavor that is sweeter than sour, especially when they are very ripe.
A classic that cannot be missing from the fruit stand during the summer, irresistible to any palate. It accompanies us from July to October, months in which the different varieties follow one another.
White
The white peach is less well known, but those who know it don’t want to go back to the yellow one. Its flesh is very juicy, extremely sweet and tender in texture, with a more subtle and delicate flavor.
It arrives at the end of August, offering a highly valued alternative for those looking for a finer flavor and a different taste experience. A variety that we claim.
